        Combining dehydrating, charring and foaming agent, NP-FR-3000 is a new generation of flame retardant with excellent

        performance in heat and water resistance.


        I. Advantages

        1. Dosage: 20-25%. Flame resistant polypropylene: 1.60mm V-0.

        2. Excellent performance in heat and water resistance. Polypropylene modified by NP-FR-3000 has no plate-out or blistering after being tested in 30 days at 85, 90% relative humidity.

        3. Improving more than 20% of mechanical.

        IV. Notes:

        ·Use immediately after unpacking or stored in a dry, sealed container.

        ·Additives such as talcum powder,  barium sulfate, calcium carbonate can affect the performance of flame retardant.

        ·Halogen additive can lower the property of flame retardant.

        ·CaCO3, ATH, MTH, carbon black and lubricant with silicon can affect the property of flame retardant.

        ·Some additives can be used during processing, such as: coupling agent, color master batch, toner, lubricant, dispersant etc.
